Goods damaged in transit can be a frustrating experience. In the unfortunate event that your Neilan Finlay Art goods arrive damaged, please reach out via email as soon as possible. To assist us in processing your claim under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, send us a photograph of the damage, including the packaging, within 7 days of receipt. Let us know if you prefer a full refund or a replacement. For faulty goods, you have 30 days from receiving your order to claim a full refund for items that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose, or not as described. Please inform us by email promptly after receiving your goods. Returns should be sent to Carrol Finlay, 10A Headrigg Road, West Kilbride KA23 9JE, in accordance with our return and refund policy.
